Vintage/Antique Yard Long Painting Newly Framed Roses Red Double Mat Glass

This is a gorgeous yard long painting. I looked at it with a jewelers eye piece and I can not see any evidence of the tiny dots that would indicate it is a print. However, I can see evidence ot texture that leads me to believe it is a painting. It is difficult for me to say positively, because it is under glass. I can not positively date this, but it is in the style of an antique painting. It is in excellent condition. Outside measurments are 30.5" long by 13.5" wide.
