Antique Oval Metal Picture Frame Cast Rose Detail Dome Convex Bubble Glass

Here is a beautiful survivor. This old picture frame remains strong despite its delicacy & the years it has experienced. Dainty welded arms framing the photo with roses and flourishes are still strong. There is one small rose leaf that looks like its only half there- pictured clearly, I believe it is a result of casting. The domed glass is close to perfect.

The backside has some discoloration, but the front presents nicely and the thin metal insert even still has a nice gold luster to it. There is a wire attached for hanging.

Again, they are all strong- I just know the more they are used, the more they are worn, and I'd rather preserve the piece for the end user. The antique frame has a brassy/ bronze color; it measures 19" wide, 26" tall, and sticks out about 1.5 from the wall. It is in great vintage condition. Any questions please send a message.
