Amazing FRENCH OIL PAINTING Opulent Pink Roses in Oval Gilt GESSO Barbola FRAME

This is an amazing early 1900's rose painting on panel that is displayed in a fabulous oval-shaped frame, included four clusters of raised gilt gesso roses, very Barbola spirit... The blooming roses are in shades of pretty pink, cranberry and antique pink shades. The green vase reflects on the shiny surface of the table below. There is a signature "Valier" and the painting shows definitely asserted gifts and a talented artist.
